I can definitely relate to that karma as some of the friends I made on pox became my closest friends outside of it, and the community has always been the one positive thing that keeps me coming back regardless of how many bugs / OP themes and other Bane Shift that frustrates me to no end. Here is a story for the thread, Ive been playing pox for around 8-10 years now ((breaks and so...included)) and Ive always been average to say the least in terms of skill. One day I faced a guy that was 1k ranking points below me and the dude destroyed my leoss bg like it was nothing, I was absolutely livid and trash talked the crap out of that player. He was nothing but a gent though through out the conversation and offered me a rematch and proceeded to whoop my ass harder that time, after the game he offered me pointers on how I could have played better which I threw back at him citing the difference in rank and said that I am obviously doing something right to be above him by so much. He relogged then on a rank 1 account and messaged me back ''rank doesnt mean much now does it?'' That was how I met hermaios and how we became friends on pox, and since then we spent hours practicing and working on my skills. He showed me his style of making bgs and his thought process behind playing the game and I hit top 10 for the first time soon after. Its an absolute shame that he left us but he will always be to me one of the best players to touch the game not only because of his skill / bgs / ranks etc... but because of what he brought to pox as a person even when a complete D**khead like me reacts in the worst way possible to a royal ass whooping.
