Should Dragonclaw be affected by multi?

from the text i'm under the impression that the attack from things like dragonclaw and ice-carved bracer should be affected by multi becaus eit says (attack at +1) so if i have a champion with multi attack(1) it should be for the base two plus 1 so three not 4 right?

 

Basic attack only, mate, and non-basic-attack abilities which code their attacks as basic attacks.
