This is not good for business, ive got to be honest. Its the weekend atm too, perfect time for new players to come on and learn, farm and play, but they cannot. Hopefully this gets fixed, permanently, asap.
You'd think after a couple of times they'd fixed it or at least put someone on watch. Not like we're trying to get new players hooked on the game.
I wish they could hire a few more employees to help out, they really need it, but i guess money is the issue there and finding appropriate people.
Or having your priorities straight. It'd be worth putting PoxZuo on this while doing other stuff 24/7. Cause you can be damn sure a number of new players straight up quit after being unable to play. Doesn't make for a great impression to have the game down for several hours at times after a steam launch. Unless he's really into it, doubt someone would keep checking in to see if it's fixed already. Losing players already
But but.. I have a fanclub? To the sacrificial altar! No seriously, DOG needs to put someone on this to actively monitor this. If these server fails are not dealt with appropriatly the effect on the new population wont be great.
You can still play single player, but some games aren't ending normally (maybe because of dc player, I don't know).

This is a high priority for our network engineer, but the cause very difficult to narrow down. This has to involve the server/network architecture and any missteps would just make the problem worse.
He tried the red wire and got sprayed with raspberry syrup. I wonder if anyone will get that reference?
