I got hit by an AI rules Avalanche during "The Admiral's Voil," and it knocked my Mirevixen onto impassable terrain, preventing it from being able to move. Furthermore, any unit affected by the Avalanche was unable to move at all. It gave a yellow-text message something like, "Circadian Chronologist cannot move there." There were also many lines of, "Sevier's Mirevixen is (at least partially) on inaccessible space," without attempting to move or select her.
