Target champion takes 3 Fire damage plus 3 for every champion with the Branded condition to a maximum of ?? Feel free to post other suggestions. Smite Enemy is the only spell I have never seen used at all.
24 maximum. That'd be 8 champions needed to have the Branded condition. I used this spell a few times a long time ago, back when the Ghoulhunter on Deploy would spawn a Ghoul for the other player. This spell is easily over looked though for other options. It was a great UD/FW nuke but then, Holy Mace remained a better option either way.
Loss of life 25%, and AoE fire damage depending on how much hp that was lost, only working on wrath champions. 1-10hp aoe 1 damage 3 11-25hp aoe 2 damage 6 26+ hp aoe 3 damage 9
