That's either a really good Photoshop job, or someone's about to get sued.

 

alternatively, the artist retained the rights

and then resold them.

 

I'm sure it was photoshopped, because you can't really have 3 copies of a card in your deck in hearthstone unless it's under the extreme circumstance where you somehow magically manage to create an extra copy in your deck by extreme luck.

 

there've been cards like gang up before, it's not unthinkable to have 3 copies of a card in your deck or hand
