Yeah, I don't think you need to follow the meta to realize how incredibly bad morph is right now. Also, support champs with 8 damage won't really change much in terms of me killing things with it

 

I don't follow champs out of my price range either, although if it's as bad as you say, maybe I can get one now.

This list looks more like 5-6 to me, and half of that depends on if you are playing Skeeick or not. Two of the six are extremely rare and expensive (angel, doom).

That leaves you with pretty much Valdac and possibly Negation Mage or Kanen Crone out of their themes.

I don't want to be negative nancy... but if I'm being honest its just coming out this way.

 

I would argue that we're really focusing on the wrong problem. If Incorporeal didn't give immunity to every damage type except for Magical, we wouldn't be looking at adding Attack: Magical to various champions. Understanding which abilities require hard counters that aren't readily available is necessary to discuss this.

 

Same reason why hooligan lost scour. The games not about nice things its about balance.

 

The difference between magical attack on ravenspeaker and hooligan getting scour on top of sunder isn't just 'nice things'.

Ravenspeaker doesn't need attack magical. Incorporeal needs to not be immunity -> everything but magic.

And why would you buff draksar shifter, he's top of the line already, meta viable.

If you look at FS its pretty much the same. We don't have many champions with attack magical unless you play tortuns, or aquatics. Most aren't even that strong, The best one is probably Geekal.

 

Geeky is still better than most magical options for the majority of factions. And let's not hop onto this add more magic train when your faction (FS) has some pretty good diversity in terms of champions with attack magic - see snaptooths, firks, salaman negamage that is being used for summons already, tide master, etc
