Arctic Gift - Spell icon revels spell.arctic_gift.name and effect.winterbreeze.description.owner in top left box where faction and global effects are listed. Quality of life fix - number of deploys left by Arctic Gift was listed on this icon and when the spell is cast with the ability already in effect, this number could simply increase instead of a new icon being displayed.
