    It used to give max HP but now it only gives HP. Read the rune.

    It gives MAX HP still. It hasn't changed.

    Will clarify description to:
    Your Shrine or Avatar loses 50% of its HP (rounded up) and friendly champions gain +5 MAX HP and 2 AP.
