that is a weird way to write kilograms. and also quite a lot to lose and gain.

 

no eating plus diarrhea will take it off you in a hurry. is 10 lbs in 2 weeks fast? wish it were faster but that's due to eating 5 or 6 times a day.

and I only use kilograms in the lab and drug deals

fyi, baking bread aint as easy as you might think. im back up to a size 32 waist. half of me thinks maybe that this leaner look is good and the other half wants to grow back into my 34's so I don't have to buy new clothes. vanity vs sloth. which vice will win out I wonder.

 

my gain in weight might have to do with better blood sugar regulation because instead of barely ever drawing blood from my finger I started wearing a sensor that lasts 2 weeks like so:


I am unsatisfied that these are not yet covered by health insurance

but anyways yes, I am getting fat because I am being healthier. it is ****ed.
