^ what he said. 1x snow spinner is enough imo, 2x lonx adept and Shardseer kaeyun are practically mandatory Frostfall vanguard is super nice now with the amulet buffs (was sick before, anyway) Jakei frostseer is great. Fill out the rest with whatever frost champs you want, p much.
