all right his final upgrades are

boon, quest, detonate relic


I had to make a tie breaker on detonate relic, I honestly was torn between mind lock and detonate, went back and forth for awhile, both cost 5 nora, both would be very useful for his build.

ultimately I decided that even though confuse is typically a psychic ability nothing else in his kit would make him seem psychic and he could just be confusing his opponents bat man style (i.e in mundane ways) , so I went with the abilit that best fit batman, and sabotaging/detonating relics seemed to fit

 

all right the next vote is for speed, I suspect this will just be between 6 and 7 speed but I leave that up to you guys.

Well Batman and his armor are pretty tough - So 2 DEF and 54 HP..In a tie would rather go with the lower HP and Higher DEF

 

I mean st bonus is a thing so... 64 hp batman? Seems pretty damn beefy.

 

30 HP and 0 def.

Want to keep his cost down, and he still has 40 HP after bonus.

He is only at 42 nora right now too low of health and he we will be a one strike champ. Strig have no healing what so ever...What is the cost of a high health in nora?

 

He's already gonna be very expensive. He's a stealth high DMG champ, should be frail.

 

Frail and low dmg with no base attack seems risky.....How much Nora difference in 33 health to 56 health? and 1 defense to 2 defense? The ferren Cloud Wisp is 38 health and she gets caught she is done, it looks like her damage output is far greater than this guy so far with range and teleport and high swap support to help her out. I now I can get 30 - 50 dmg every other round on cloud wisp hence the low health an no def. This champ is a melee champ with a stealth mode for defense and mid range damage every 4 rounds at best due to cooldowns and very low synergy support. It is very interesting champ with frost cone and trickster.

 

All right so his Hp and Def will be 41 with 0 def

 

All right all that is left is the name and maybe a picture.
