The only faction that utilizes this ability is ST. I don't see any other factions running around swapping like crazy.

Poxnora has strict rules on dating and flirting. If you want to swap, that's fine but not here.
Just because all the other factions are doing it doesn't make it right.
Besides, nobody wants to swap with something like Cyclops Seer.

 

I like this trend of making champions sound more like pokemon.
