I think 72 seems about reasonable with what this mofo can do. The best comparison i can make for cost effectiveness is firebomber. thing has 11 damage and is able to dish out roughly 9 damage bombs but has the ability to attack between that where the terraformer does not but has access to tremor and terraform lava to help it deal extra damage between with= to anywhere from 14-22 damage on a single target+more in aoe for 5 ap in between his rock slide and lava storm cooldowns, i think what ultimately determines his cost should be what he can do between his storm/slide cooldowns as thats what makes him much better than other pure bomb units in the past.
You say it as a joke but the ability is 12 nora. Its hard to justify deploying something over 70 nora that doesnt have any defensive abilities or basic attack. It all comes down to cost vs effect.
Not all of us get 8% refunds on deploy Personally Id cost him at 68 or so for his Lava Storm + Tremor build.
It's funny how things change. He took that nerf over a year ago, was still ran a lot for awhile too. More recently Arctic Bolt and other line attacks went down to 12 DMG form 14, and then he went up a few more nora when the formula changed (but so did most runes).
As for Terraformer, he will be nerfed, some. Probably around 70 nora for the Tremor + Lava Storm build. Iajam will say he's worse than he was before he got Tremor at that price (and had Rock Slide + Lava Storm on the same line), but of course you can still take Shatter and Avalanche instead for 64 nora.
Jakei Elementalist is 72 nora at max. Terraformer should be close to him in cost, since I see them be similar runes in different factions
Give him violence charge 1 and recharge based. Then you can class them the same. Also Devs never take me serious. They take my opinions with a grain of Salt and analytical arguments over common sense.
He has less HP, less speed, his bombs and aoes are on longer cooldowns and his damage potential doesn't become insane while his amp is out, muchless able to chain them hardcore late game. Also you are taking away his only advantage which is his cost. So what does he have left? 2 aoe that doesn't do jack against an entire factions champions , and shatter.
If you include the ST bonus, then you have to mention the IS bonus. Otherwise, you evaluate them separately. This is called analysis, not "cherry pick stuff you think to mention to make your argument look good."
My point was more to take 2 similiar champs and compare them in cost. No "power" comparing in mind. I can see advantages over the other in both champs. But cost is a big one.
