The bible was a pretty disappointing manga tbh

Like, I was glad when they resurrected Jesus and all, but then his character just disappeared, wtf was the point of that? It goes on way longer than it should have, and the protagonist "God" is kind of a **** which makes you want to root for the other guy. Not to mention it got WAY too preachy really fast, and the plot was all over the place.

I hear The Quran is a better adaptation anyway, can anyone confirm?

You're better sticking with Aesop's Fables. There's better lessons there.

sounds like a pretty poor adaptation, I always thought Jesus pulled a Madoka in the story.

well, it is fiction so I guess there is no wrong way to interprent it.

The Gospels were basically just Endless Eight all over again, but WAAAY longer.

Guess they needed to save some money on the budget for Revelations?

meh, most of them are a really tedious read. I mean, it's certainly a good idea to read them cause they're rooted in many cultures (in Russia for example Krylov adapted them into his poetry in a much more vivid way), but they were way too drab for my taste.

Ironically despite life being pretty much pointless in the grand scale that is the universe I have no desire to die.

I am quite the opposite .... I am yet to find a purpose worth living for.
