Timothy swarms not capturing globes on spawn

Like the title says. Is this a bug or is it intended? Also timothy is not able to take the last hit if you want to get the swarm. It only works if you kill the champion after tagging it with timothy.

 

The having to hit the champ with Timmy first to get swarm is working as intended. Its not a normal swarm ability it's more of a "plague" ability

The globe thing as well? that seems odd.

 

Technically a different system from swarm, so yeah. Ask @Sokolov
