Transfer of my alt account failed halfway, SOE considers the unique code to have been used, and DOG considers the transferred account to be unverified. I can reset the password for the account, but i cannot log in. Any help would be appreciated. When clicking the confirmation link sent by DOG, i get the following error. Account Not Confirmed Your account could not be confirmed. The most likely reason is that the confirmation link you clicked has expired. If you feel this is in error, please contact technical support.
If you are able to have good evidence of claim on the account, you can send in a support ticket off of the website and they may be able to help you. On the main website, on the left there is a sidebar where you can contact support.
/Resolved Username was in one of the email names. Didn't notice because it blended in with common words.
Ah, right, it should also be there in the confirmation email, I had forgotten about that. Glad that this was resolved! =)
