If a player casts Vertical Push on a champion with Reinforce, Reinforce will retrigger when it lands granting a "discount kill". Not really a bug but its an interaction that likely shouldn't work that way.
that's a pretty harsh counter to reinforce. although it would only work on the barbarian one since the SL one is flying
