I was goofing around with my Hekatian Voidraker and noticed that when I hit an enemy shrine, the shrine lost the Transfigure ability. I tried hitting relics and was able to remove abilities from them as well. Void Touch's description looks like is meant to effect only champions. Void Touch was also able to remove the Boss ability on champions in campaigns, while this may not necessarily be a bug, it may be an unintended effect.
