What is the nora cost modifier for having no attack?

I think it's variable depending on what Sok decided (I'm not totally sure, I just seem to remember him saying something like that).

As in, if it has damage (and ways to use it) it might not have any modifier, whereas if it's strictly a non-damage based passive unit, it will likely have a larger modifier.

 

Pmuch, you get hosed. In some cases not as much as others.
