Also I'd happily agree to have Sapping Beam get a +10 cost increase so long as Whispers got a +5. Sapping isn't as useful as other options at 40 nora. At 40 nora Whispers would still wreck face.

It takes up too much space ability wise and nora wise on champs.

champs shouldn't be paying for boon. either in nora cost or in ability slot space. the only reason that is 'unfair' is because not all races and classes have a bonus like that. expand on the race/class system. that should happen in a champ based game anyway.

It's not like boon doesn't provide immunities and fearless on top of its ability to pay itself off... Does it really matter if every champ can't pay off the ability 100% of the time. Then there's people suggesting it's over costed.

 

Those calculations assumed that the nora generation component cost 1 nora. That nora generation component will never pay off boon as a whole, except in the most aggressive and sweeping estimates. "Pipe-dream" would be a better word than "ability" when it comes to a full refund.

 

irrelevant, boon is a great ability for 4 nora. grabbing a globe pays off half of it's nora cost most of the time, which leaves you still with an immunity and a half and fearless.
