Those Baltic states are like schrödinger's cat. They both exist and dont exist at the same time. Some days they are there and the next they are russia. The next day they are a different state.

The weather is good, but the politics are not, at least not for gun owners. My .22 rifle is now classified as an assault weapon because it is semi automatic and has a button to eject the magazine.
That's awful, not being able to carry around killing tools :< But even with more reasonable gun laws than elsewhere it still can't be the best place because it's still in that awful country.
I was referring to the poorly written laws that prevent unused guns from being purchased, but don't address the guns used for more crimes.
