Honestly. this game and it's Firking FW hate get's really god damn annoying. every Firking week there's always some toss pot who needs to bring up wehhh i don't like FW and it's honestly just tiresome at this point. Jesus christ.

 

At least I have mostly shut up about it.

 

I'm fine playing against FW with non-FW stuff, but I usually don't want to fight against it because it's a mirror match, and mirror matches are generally frustrating.

 

I generally like mirror matches for my factions. But I recognize that I am an oddity there. Cross-theme mirrors are barely worth talking about, and in-theme mirrors end up being interesting because it allows you to see how bg differences end up playing out.

 

Personally i have always hated mirror matches in any game. Not my cup of tea.

 

I'm one of those 'on the fence' types with mirror matches. If it's one of those deals where half your deck is literally useless in the mirror, while an interesting thought exercise, not quite so much when played out. Now, if it's a mirror where everything works, and it comes down to the nuance choices that decide the match, Love that.

 

I love mirror matches. They're interesting to me because both players are making use of more or less the same tools. It provides an opportunity for ingenuity and usually requires that you subvert your opponent's expectations in some way.

Accualy i allways loved playin Sketz vs Draksars it feels like ur a part of sketz revolt

 

The only mirror matches I like are good stuff BGs. If we're playing themes chances are whoever gets a better draw wins.

Also, I never play FW vs FW. If my opponent declines my FQ, I surrender. Not gonna waste 30 minutes of my life.

 

Is anyone else going to question that fact this does get brought up every week? Is that not a problem in itself? I know some people love attrition, but it is genuinely not fun to play against. How long before this is addressed and not dismissed as just a couple of players whining?
