Who the eff ruined Archangel?

Markoth I'm assuming? Don't think any changes have gone through since Axe took over.

I build a deck, deploy her, start attacking stuff, can't gain charges, think some bug is happening, then I look at her and notice she has abuse charged.

If you are going to make it so that this champion can use its charged mechanics maybe once before it dies, how about not making one upgrade line completely about charges so that we have some sort of way around your terrible decision?

 

It's got magic damage. That makes it playable doesn't it?

I agree, Baskit. I'm not a big fan of Abuse Charged unless the champ has some sort of tankiness, high HP, defensive abilities, etc. Staying power so they can take a licking and keep on ticking.

 

- We made some suggestions on how to undue this debacle ...they maybe need to be dug up. Basically all in agreement that an offensive charge ability set tied to a defensive charge gain mechanic on a champion with low damage mitigation is not intuitive.

P.s. Basically needs to add to angel flavor ...its a damn archangel.

 

Yeah it was a terrible change, no offence to Markoth but Im not sure where he was going with a lot of the changes he made. Ive had no input on anything yet, since the next patch was already done by Markoth, and I dont think you're going to like those changes either to be honest :/

Run her with aerial supremacy and charge heal. How is that not a tank? She has 4 defense against some units and heals for 10 hp every attack.

She hasn't attack charged, BUT, abuse charged which is a bit different ^^

sorry did not proof read, she heals 10 hp every time she gets attacked at the start of her turn, through charge heal.

Vengeant Knight is a unit that Abuse Charged would work on. He has defensive capabilities (block, physical resistance, 2 defense).

This is a prime example of why we don't need a council that proposes crappy ideas. The moment they are implemented the people with common sense and game knowledge are left wanting to whoop their dumb asses.

ITs funny she cost like 7 nora cheaper from her old version that was actually playable, expensive but playable. Now she is a troll pick rune.
