Because its situational. While I could see times to use it, it would only be in a handful of games. The runes in my deck are going there because I will run almost all of them all the time.
I've been curious about it, but it's a really complicated spell. And UD already has BE and lots of call of hunter/relocate effects already right?
I might be playing if it was reversed: select a target and that champion is relocated to the nearest other friendly champion. Seems easier to use, to me.
