This is true and has been for a long time. The thing is that "attack chain" is a misnomer as it is more like "AP Chain" and it so happens that so far, only "attacks" have been put on it, but from a code perspective, nothing is on the chain unless you say it is. Attacks, of course, being a more general insanity in Pox since outside of abilities that are attacks right out of the gate it's less of a formal idea and more of a flag (which not everything respects), but that's a can of worms I haven't been able to satisfactorily untangle just yet. Ideally, I'd like it to remove the whole "attack" idea and just have it be "basic attack" vs "activated abilities" but there are problems with that as well.
