Howling Wind+Deep Freeze

Twice it happened to me something strange casting this 2 spell in sequence in the same turn.

In both cases (respectively vs SL and KF) the enemies got the damage from HW, but while vs SL DF did a lower damage than 10, as if howling wind gave resistance instead of vulnerability, vs KF some of the targeted enemy champions did not get any damage at all from DF (while some other did).

Both games were played in the the Training Grounds.

Multiple things could be the cause.

You could be playing against IS rather than SL, IS has a -6 damage from spells faction bonus.

I know that IS is not affected by HW :P and as specified in the post the 2 factions were SL and KF. I wonder if this happened to any other players but i see that HW is basically used only in training grounds...
