I would always take fire eater over immunity fire :)

They could fix the cost of abilites to be consistant with their relative effectiveness too. ^^'
(That being Resist --> Immunity --> Eater in this case...) Yes, I'd take Eater over Immunity any day of the week at the new cost as well. =) Last edited by Gorebucket; 11-07-2009 at 01:25 PM.

Fire Eater is better than Fire Immunity on ANY champ now, it costs less and it's a better ability. :P
Kind of a shame the way things worked out, obviously we wouldn't of asked for Eater to be swapped with Immunity to save nora costs if we new that Eater was going to cost less a month later. But things like this happen all the time, and it's almost futile to expect SOET to go back and fix something that's not particularly broken. It does seem like they are intending to buff Fire Decks, and improve the longevity of our melee champs. Maybe it's possible they will take another look at champs that come packed with Immunity and/or Lavawalker, and consider swapping Fire Eater on them. I think it could make for a more interesting game. Firemaw, Firestarter, Fire Giant, Greater Pitspawn... all with Fire Eater instead of Immunity/Lavawalker? Would be pretty fun.

Although it sucks that they worked backwards with regards to firemaw and fire-eater/immunity, I'd like to bring up a moar happier, delicious point.
11 spd sheoul demons in the (high) 80s now (again!) NOM NOM NOM.

Eater over Inmunity? Of course that would give us a HIT against several damage spells (3-4, and most of them are OURS) so why don't we give it a try?
