Achievement is not working

I did this multiple times in campaigns and seems it's not working...

Close Call - Defeat an Opponent with 5 health or less on your shrine.

completed the map with 3 or even 1 HP on my shrine and.. still this achievement is not completed.

Is it working at all for campaigns?

This achievement, as with most all of them, must be earned in Ranked Play. The only exceptions are those specifically related to campaigns, and oddballs like "Watch your step...".

so how do I know which one could be obtained in single player mode and which is not?

Single player achievements are those directly related to the campaigns themselves ("Completed Trials of the Wrath", for example). The rest (barring the exception I named) are exclusive to ranked play, I believe.
