I myself think of immunity electricity as a bad ability in electric BG's as it removes the ability to use them as fuel for lightning rod damage. perhaps move amp onto base and give electric overload as an option?
Yeah? But, Barbarian Bolt has Immunity: Electricity, too. Maybe it's fine.. But.. yeah.. There. Made changes..
yeah thats a bit of an odd one. if im not mistaken though if the dragon is deployed first than it will deal damage then paralyze cause of the weird ass way order of operations works
It's very strong indeed, but probably not OP. Regular Lightning Storm 3 deals 9 Damage + Shocked 2. Cast: Lightning Storm deals 10 Damage + 2 Shocked 2 + 50% extra to champions on water. It gains an advantage on maps with lots of water. (Are those maps still in ranked?) It also synergizes well in SP/FS BGs. In most games however, the 50% extra damage won't come up and unless the lightning storm hits multiple champions in water, it won't deal as much damage as Electrocute would. (Mostly though, I just really don't like percentages in the game that aren't 50% and 100%, makes it hard to calculate.)
Shocking Feedback is really strong, but it also cost a lot. It probably is slightly OP as it is extremely pushed toward lightning.
