well, i can say its my honor and pleasure to announce our first join, the legend @iPox . the true Master Builder now has a new shiny laboratory to test his experiments! btw, what you think of the morsels bg? i kinda find it lacks something. morsels being consumable can heal a lot on enemy units if you dont stay careful and drop them far, but doing it they are slower. maybe i need a couple of inhibiting units...i was thinkin about darkmarsh defiler to get also adaptive procs from spells...
Hey Maru, i'm not looking to join the guild however i'll give you some feedback on your bg's. All of your BG's run near enough 2x of every rune, i heavily suggest running mostly 1x of your runes (apart from the obvious like marsh song or redcap twins)... you need to try and build as many counters into your bg, whilst also sticking to a theme, and the best way to do that is to diversify the amount of individual runes that you have. Just about all of the bg's that i build nowadays run 1x of each rune, plus its just very easy for your opponent to counter you if you run 2x same rune, for example say 2x augurs, they'll just bring out an unstoppable champ or an arrow eater, and you'll have just spent 150+ nora on what is effectively now pretty useless. hope this advice helps! (feel free to tell me to get lost lol, just thought i'd give you some potentially helpful feedback !)

I know the golden rule of "have answers to more things you can", and i usually build very highlander-ish bgs, but in this page for now i posted mostly extremely "focused" bgs that are very unbalanced towards one kind of gameplay. For example, the fry bg has 2x drown, 2x lightn storm etc to get max utility from being focused on water gen/fry. of course there are matches where the double drown is completely wasted (ex. vs fs), but also there are other matches where you have almost autowin (ex. summon bgs, where you fry all the summons easily and you can drown their main champs that usually are quite expensive). Its the problem with this kind of "extreme" bgs, they are incredibly strong in some matchups and extremely weak in others. So yes, maybe i could make them more "metalike", but then the whole point of building them would be lost. like you should. get lost. ^_^ just jokin, i made this guild (and thread) to get some feedbacks, so im happy to receive them, man. Next wave of bgs is highlanderish one i made for tournament, so stay on for the experiments!

if you want silly powerful champs, goblin kings + spare parts is very fun, did test this bg in 3 skirmish games, then i quit because it was so OP i would stop play FF IS if i didnt. the dark force are strong would probably change a few things, like removing the fire ruby for another cool goblin if i had them. for spare parts constructs to goblin, need to remember its only upgrade 1 that are transfered.

i love this bg. whats the plan vs flying and amphibious champs, that are immune to whirlpool? just KB them into other things?
Well, the whirlpool is kind of like an admission of failure. Ideally you play a kind of Sokoban knocking champs into each other. For flyers you can use illusions from the Mindweavers. I also ran Tendrils of the Deep, where you put the edge over a chasm then knock flyers over the edge: they get grounded and cliffed. A bit too cheesy though, so I took that out. Psychic immunity is tough too. Have to knock other champs into them.
i'm soon going to register some games and put them on the video section, just to spice it up while we get new expansion and the client gets more ready to hold a tournament^^
Hmm interesting with Centaur IS/KF split, centaurs are a favorite race of mine but with just 2 of them in IS its kinda impossible to play that theme. so think iam gonna try to get the others, but if i see right there are just 11 champions in the game with race: centaur, that is bad news for any deck. and of those 11 are 2 a copy of a hero that cant be used in split, and one is SL draksar centaur. so down to 8 possible champs? need to find me 1600shards to forge the missing ones and see if i can do another version of your centaur deck.
i think they are only playable in split kf is or kf ff. if you want join me in workin on the bg. i have some spares too
Oh, forged all but 2 commanders. This is my first attempt on it, would probably use 2 commanders if i had it, but need to test more before i try to get another one. Had to add bless of al'mara, just too much 2x2 units that i cant move really unless they are flying, allthough i guess i should try without it and use Pathfinding on both centaurs instead. Providence is incredible powerful on ranged units And so are Wildeye bracers, especially being near Sarnghavian Centaurs and their vivify pumping up those extra AP for every attack. IS spells are so powerful, divinitys touch, earthquake, grintmaw hymn, hammerstrike and macadamize works with everything KF relic for cleanse and heal and the warbanner because i think all champs are KF A huge drawback on centaurs are, they are only physical damage. No extra small attacks that do any other damagetype, so would probably have to remove a few of them for other champraces or add more equip and go down to 12-13 champs. (maybe 2 pureblood plainswalkers instead of centaur archers)
lack of alt dmg is why i went with barb druid as support unit and i included 2x wit of almara and burning seed. also strip armor is nice to get dmg output from all our phy dmg units. strip armor into rally the herd = nice powerturn.
