It has been a suuuuuuuuuuper long time since I played so take these suggestions with an even bigger grain of salt than in the past.
The reasoning for the changes on Bliss make it so that she can use magical attacks or her bird to attack (the addition of Attack: Physical). Rally 2 and Invigorate 2 are scary abilities for KF but, as a hero, can only be deployed once, which limits the potential abuse. Queen Anaru is pretty good as is and doesn't really need a buff. Fearless just sounded thematic. Forest Dragon has been in pretty bad shape since Healing Breath's cost increased a while back. This change would reduce the cost and help make it more functional. Experimenting with Forest Dragon being a large champion and Spring Dragon being a small champion might be an interesting experiment. Adding Blind to Tower of Amareth makes it fit in well with both Fairy decks and Aurora decks. Maybe adding +5 nora cost would be warranted, though.
Don't remove Empathy from base on Bliss. Her flavor text implies Empathy, and it's so useful on a 2x2. She doesn't need Attack Physical. Your Forest Dragon changes are good. I like the idea of Blind on TOA. However, what if it had Blinding or even better Lightseeker?
