The sniper is a colossal crap shoot. Sometimes it's amazing. Other times it is truly useless and does nothing but get in your own units way.
Who cares, 33 nora. Skeezick are alright. Unless you can't just kill stuff to win the game, cause then you have a problem.
In a full skeez deck or in a mixed deck? Full skeez deck can use possibly most of the skeez, though some fill in similar roles. You will still be shat on by AA and spirits no matter what you do. Edit: Also, collosal, Swallow Whole.

I like skeezick torch. It's nice to have a champ that's not strictly melee or ranged and the bonus trample damage on both of his alt attacks can be really useful. I like his trap too and it's going to be a tough decision to keep it or change to skeezy alliance when he gets enough experience.
If you run a full skeez deck it might be worth it to get skeez alliance. On the other hand, if you're like me and run 2x sniper and skeezick revolt you might not ever need it
A lot of core champs are still good but now it is more focused on getting a lot of skezz on the board. Most of them are cheap. Also give trapper poison trap back
The two best features of torch are his aoe damage, and ignoring defense in times, where def is really strong.
