It's not their job to fix the problem though. They notice that AA is stupid and go to forums and say "Hey AA is stupid. Fix it." Nothing more should be expected of them. Just because they don't know how to fix a poorly designed champ doesn't mean it's their fault that it hasn't been fixed.

AA's credit rating needs to be downgraded. On that almost everyone agrees. (Contrarians exist).
Go after the problem ability, or we can raise the proverbial debt limit... again... to get out of debt... and such.

If damage is 1 nora per and he lost Being at 10 nora, then this should put him at 110-120 base cost while keeping some racial benefits and lore.

 

we want him low damage and still usable no reason to shoebox him cause he's OP

 

Having a 20 damage output after Enrage 3 and Loyalty and with great defensive options in Phasing, Intimidating, Readiness is very much not OP bro.

With ethereal he would only be able to attack every other turn, balanced.
