Not sure how far this extends, but had the following, repeatable series of events. 1) Kartch gets confused by Voil Jester. 2) Kartch gets paralyzed by thunderhead totem 3) Kartch is unable to activate his leap ability on his following turn no matter how many times you select this ability. Had this happen in ranked, causing me to lose the game, and tested it with a friend afterwards, with it being consistently repeatable. Not sure if it extends to other runes with leap or what, as I only have so much patience for bug testing when I am not getting paid for it.
