Priest. 1st time not picking Mage or Pally. Screw the tier list. Pulled out some sickening board clears with Shadowboxer+Darkscale/Nova. I always ended up with 2xBreaker in my hand so they had a false sense of security after the 1st one. My Bomber rng was through the roof as well. Also, Cabal is a pretty good card. Special mention the the 14/14 Lightspawn that ended one pretty fast.
Some weird thing happened though. I got my 2nd loss at 7-1. The 2 following games (assuming I was paired against X-2s as well), the opponents surrendered really fast. Like turn 4-5 when I had a better board. Guessing they were still on tilt from the previous game or something. Anyway I'll take it, it's not like I'm pulling this out again any time soon.
My favourite mage deck so far is secret mage just for the trolling aspect. Can be below 5 health and my opponent is sure they have it in the bag but their killing blow gets countered or ice armored. I get a a lot of afk rage with it . I get wrecked by control but I smash aggro. Prolly about 80% wins vs face hunter and patron warrior. Been toying with flamewaker a bit. Still don't have all the stuff for freeze mage (missing doomsayers). Not something im in a hurry to craft. One will be me when I start to play arena
Mage is always fun. Ive been itching to make a Shaman deck with new release, though, has a lot of potential.
you should keep an updated list of peeps blizzard ids in the OP. that way we know who is a pox player and who is a scrub
congrats to jib and gav for hitting rank 10 (last I saw). I forget what percentile of active players that is, but I think its at least in the upper 25. ive spiked that high a couple times but could never hang onto it.
