You should be able to log in on the poxnora website.

Remember that you are logging in with your Pox Nora In Game Name as your account username, not your SOE name.

I hope you didn't share your password with anyone... It can be a issue...

If you got that, you already transferred. You can log in now from Desert Owl Games.

Username is your Pox Nora Username, not your SOE.

I'm not saying you are... I was trying to help since I got the same message if I log into poxnora.com instead of poxnora.desertowlgames.com. Sorry if you see it in a different way...

You get a link sent to you in your email. Have you gone to your email and confirmed it there?

 

This is the same issue gillo taylor and others had. It is DEFINATELY because you are trying to login with your old login name. You need to use your in game POX name as the username and the password you set when you first came onto the desert owl page.
