Next Expansion? What will it center around?

As to your question, I really hope the next expansion will focus on improving themes rather than goodstuff decks. Interesting combinations of abilities (while at the same time not introducing any NEW abilities) would be most welcome.

Probably something to do with Ronin.

 

Samurai turtles and some regular knighty priesty IS stuff.

 

We'll find out why heroes are missing and why they're undercosted.

 

Are the ganolen (paladin slayers (half of IS slayers)) released with the ronin expansion? I know there are suppose to be some cool new vamps.

 

And is it still SOE's last expansion, or has it been totally revamped except for the art? (by which I mean more revamped than the average rune post-revamp, and maybe less revamped than some)

 

I'm hoping for more randomly placed abilities and questionable balance that doesn't get fixed patch after patch.

 

From what I hear. (Pretty reliable back side uncle intelligence), the new expansions main feature will be "rage thread"

I know I know, it is not a unique feature, but I've been told to expect a complete overhaul with the efficiency, frequency, and quantity regarding them.

It is been likened to "nerd apocalypse with fat cosplayers".

I for one am pretty excited.

Just putting in a comment so I get notifications for whats about to go down.

 

It will probably have things, then those things will get nerfed, then people will cry about their new nerfed things, so they will get buffed. All this while other balance issues are ignored.
