I never had any, it is Korean fermented cabbage right? is it anything like sauerkraut? (which is fermented shredded white cabbage)
It's not like sauerkraut. It's more like heaven and hell combined in your stomach. (+tons of korean hot paprica)
its like sauerkraut, but less sauer and more spicy. obviously they also put some kind of drugs in it, 'cause its firkin addicting. First time you hate it. then you cant stop. Like japanese natto.
