Need more info of this rune. It need get lower speed at least.

 

Seems LEGIT

 

Harbies are 7 speed. The plus 1 speed upgrade is a horrible idea as well as an auto include. Why have the plus 2 dmg upgrade? Who would ever take it? I do like the signature ability but the rest of the rune.... bleh. It looks like very little thought went into its design other than its signature abililty.

 

Maybe wait until the game is re-released before QQing?

 

AAAA+++ pox was taken in a terrible direction when each rune had you scrolling to read a bunch of nonsense abilities and 1/3 runes couldnt even interact with each other

 

very solid sprite. so is artwork. Darcie is crazy good with sprites so I expect quality of visuals to be greatly increased.

the only complain from me is that I already disliked all Doombringers being the same (different colors) (Harbingers are on the same plate it just happens they're not being played).

I would rather see this rune being just for 1 faction (ST in this case) even if it might seem not right at the first glance (from the view point of other factions).

and in this case, it could get different upgrades (probably to losely focus on Strigs). I consider it being right themewise.

I mean it's not like they created their name "Owls" for the reason to favor one of Pox factions after few years without even knowning they will be working on pox, again... come on!

Although its an off-the-charts OP rune... at least we can help them out with balances and stuff, and as time goes by, we'll be thankful we have DOGZ rather than SOE... I am very sure they're fast in taking actions and would react to our feedbacks on champs balancing.

With that said, Pox Renovator is OP... 8SPD first turns is bad enough (I'm playing SP). 9SPD first turn - Ragequit.

 

Can we play test it before it gets the nerf hammerz please.

 

All you have to do is move renovate to upgrades and remove the +1 speed.

The upgrades I choose would help you build this beauty appropriately in various decks as you choose. For eg, in a beast deck your choices would be reinforcement (auto) and dodge/essence capture whichever is to your liking. For most other builds essence capture + dodge would be the way to go, with limited people choosing detection if their bg needs it.

Essence capture felt like a needed upgrade with his signature ability Renovate. It provides a nice synergy with it. The damage reduction is compensated here.

Aerial Supremacy provides it with a defensive ability against flying since he looks squishy. Appropriately the range and hp are reduced.

Ally:X goes to base as per the faction it represents!

Detection? It's a freaking owl! It needs to see

I like the idea that it punishes champions with a lot of abilities. Hope this is a sign of future intentions of toning down some one-man-army runes and also simplifying the game in general (maybe those upgrades go that way too?)

 

Dear DOG, the rune is cool but i wanna tell somethink: THE GAME NEED TO BE MORE ACCESSIBLE.
No more op runes that change the meta and are HARD to found
this gift could be real cool and funny, could be a great idea for collecting part of the game but must be balance
And like this one all other rune with a limited access (not in gold store/rune forge or with a crazy cost)

oh, and recude the speed by 1.

 

Reinforcement is a no, no... So what if you're not playing a Beast BG... especially SP, FS, and SL... which has a relatively weak Beast synergy... Initiative is okay, but then it becomes a Pox Harbringer... so that's still a no,no.

Ally: X is kinda weird on the same Faction. Why not just plainly add the stats manually?

Detection is kinda important, I think so too since its an Owl.

SPD should be 7 since he's a 3-5...not a 4-6 (at current meta's standards, 7SPD 3-5 is normal roflmao...)

I think Mythical/Unique SHOULD be there. If not, then you'll be seeing a lot of IS/ST Tailwind Splits with 4 friggin Owls, and 4 friggin Doombringers.

Dodge is flavorful. I agree on that.

 

With everyone harassing DoG over the new rune, i almost feel bad.

 

Red.. Reinforcement is on upgrades so the player can choose if he wants to run it in beast specific bg or not.

Ally: X was just something that I liked It can be removed if doesn't seem fit.

Speed to 7? Hmm.. The main reason I decided to keep his speed at 6 was because he would shine to his true potential only in a beast deck (with reinforcement). Other than that he is just a multipurpose rune which is used to punish the OP champs.

Why? I would hope they want an honest opinion and feedback on what they are doing, good or bad.

If we just smile about an 8 speed, limited rune with flying that only old players can get, then that's what we end up with.

Smiling about it would make an elitist start to the new pox our own fault, not theirs.

This rune either needs to be very mediocre or available to all new players to celebrate new pox. What new players don't need to see when starting a new game is that they just missed out on a collectible. Especially one that's powerful for no good reason.


I'm just going to say this very clearly:
Stop giving us free limited stuff. We have enough of that and we play with or without it and have for years. Give us more players who find the game easily accessible instead. They are much rarer and far more valuable.

8 speed in IS and 9 in KF.
With flying.

It will not be fun to play against.
