Neat! Where'd you get those pictures? I'd like to see Ally: SL on Mud Dragon, he's really cool. BTW, mud is defined as dirt + water, impeding 1 (not impending), not vegetation. That's jungle.

On Mud Dragon (I vote for this guy! Skywing Cave Dragon/Skybreak Mud Dragon split with SL, here I come!) Deviantart. search up "Mud Dragon" or "Mud Salamander" anyways, yeah NC 80 sounds logical, but Champion Upgrades should be more balanced, as of now, you're focusing too much on Mudstrike and Hidden: Mud. The other 2 should complement Dragon BGs, maybe Regen 3, and Brutality? (since his only defensive option is Hidden: Mud + Mudsling against Ranged opponent) punishes Melee via Lumbering, but cannot be Ranged if not engaged/detected. (as opposed to Mud elemental's Mudsling + Absorb) punishes Melee for getting close via Lumbering, while cannot be doubletapped from ranged. If this is the case, you can go Mudstriker + Brutality for offensive mix, Hidden: Mud + Regen 3 for defensive mix 80 is already quite expensive for an Atkhy, not-really-a-tank grunt, with 6-SPD. Luckily he has Ally: SL, making him quite tanky. But tbh, if I would play him in real life, his role would be to tank, similar to that of Mud Elemental. Mudfall, Mudsling fall back. Mudfall, Mudsling, run away. Something like that. So Mudstriker kinda works really well with that conjunction. And is he Small or Large-sized? On the Trolls Wild is a surprisingly really good idea. Its really not OP, +2 SPD when enemy move within 7 spaces can be totally comboéd with Pull and such (from SP theme), and very defensive in nature (from IS troll theme), acts as a semi-Detection, but also needs assumptions and guesses (which makes a game fun). Although the Common Troll sounds boring, I'd rather have an Elemental/Troll SP (to combo with Rockforger's Vigilance) that's NOT Atk: Physical. On Wind Elemental I'm not sure, too many new abilities. Can't you minimize the "surprise" factor? I'd rather have him placed into a SINGLE role: Relic-destruction, Knockback, or what... if it's me, I'd go for Role: Knockback/Pull. This is because most Elementals focuses on non-Combat damage: Deafening Aura, damaging Auras, Terrain, etcs. I love the art and the concept behind these runs are good. I would say keep working on them because when we start taking a balance pass the paradigm on the number of abilities of runes will probably change.
