I've heard the FW mid-term has a direct Boost to Undead anyway. We'll see how this all pans out, but I ain't worried.

 

How else could they nerf Ancient Implications?

 

No, this is just a wording clarification. It works exactly like it has for the last two patches. Now it's just explicitly unpreventable magic damage, rather than some nebulous intermediary.

Oh damn didnt even occur to me that you cant contest their font anymore if Annex is out without Unstoppable or a Relic. Predict this gets hotfixed to -2 AP upon entering the font within the day.

 

With a banner out a champion, without Unstoppable, loses its AP before reaching the font. The player then has to deploy a relic to contest the font or have a melee beater dropped on that font on the ST player's turn. Without Annex, the font bonus is fine; with Annex, it will be broken. I agree with you that a good ST player will make their fonts very difficult to take.

 

ST probably holding the best font bonus at this point, mainly because of the Annex interaction.

 

It all looks good. Will wait for the site to come up to see the new runes and changes.

Also the ST font thing it's probably one of these things you had to half-ass, but you whole-assed it :x

 

All the runes I use were nerfed, man please bring shoebox back, my whole collection shoud be in there

 

I am disappointed that ST wasn't also given multiple instances of Siege Lord with the change to the font bonus.

 

Maybe there's some ST/UD font bomber setup out there? Drop a Siege Lord, an Ambassador, and deploy threats in their face if they try to contest.

Not as OP as UD's. 2 fire damage is just savage

 

Technically its 4 damage. 2 on Entrance, 2 at start of next turn

 

Get out played by ST in 3 simple steps

1)Lose All AP 1 step from font
2) Drop relic to contest
3) Get gale'd in to said relic

 

SAAAVAGE

 

Teleport remains a viable option.. That's good right?
