judgment still 10 damage though how long before you change to 5 damage so its consistent with shrive?
What's the reasoning behind reporting the CD changes to runes? It implies that cooldown and nora are some how not inextricably linked, which is weird.

lich bg is a lot better now, would like to see cost reductions to many lich though and overcosted fw runes(mainly champs) in general. Also anthromancer's eradicate is probably too powerful but without it he would be really bad. I think he needs to gain powerful abilities in his first upgrade lines instead of a 2nd charge ability. dark knight, hoarfrost lich, serkan, lich king, eternal lich, draco-lich.(so many overcosted/sandbagged champs...) The cost of reanimate champs should not be completely up front, that pretty much prevents them all from being run competitively, or the ability should cost a lot less nora. Lich's servitor aspiring servant ability should cost less nora. At the moment it cost almost the same nora as dark knights lich-born. Lichling needs to become stronger without increasing its cost by much it is way to weak as is. fw has way too many overcosted/sandbagged exotics and legends. FW's hero/titan are all overcosted/sandbagged to death and fw has some of the weakest ranged champs in the game, probabaly the only ranged champ fw has that would be considered meta is dead fairy and hes like 85 nora, lol. All of this combined with having the least powerful faction bonus in the game makes fw really weak overall.

I find it laughable that every other faction has mentions for far more specific and useful (if not competitive) rune updates than UD so if we do not like a certain faction why not just delete from the game and be done with it I get that UD is an anti-range faction with no range viability whatsoever, ok I dig that but at least present some of the anti range solutions to it if you're calling it an anti-range and don't tell me you have absorb and arrow eater and demon-shields because how many units in UD have arrow eater or absorb aside from the Legendary and or Epic ones, with the exception of Pincushion and demon shield is easily negate-able by the way That or present some range maybe ??
And yeah those spells ... It'll be a waste of rune slot to include any of them except mass web for spiders Not sure about the Equips, tinderbox was one f the fewer good options, maybe scepter and fire-bow would be runnable I don't know atm
