From almost 10 years now i have been hearing nerf IS nerf IS nerf IS. it dont matter if your smart or play good its just nerf IS. Its clear to me that this has gotten to the devs for real because lately we have had nothing but nerfs. And the last two expantion have been so depressing. if your going to dev this game you got to stay neutral. Dont prenerf a unit because its IS. Release somthing fun please.
You think Kingmaker is bad. Therefore your opinion doesn't amount to much. Maybe there's something you feel IS is missing? Some aspect of the expansion that doesn't appeal to you? All I hear right now are complaints, with no real explanation of the problems.
IS is not not nerfed to oblivion, it is just really really boring to play. Like really boring to play. Because all thier stuff is easy mode.
I say IS is boring because it's made up of boring humans... (and no, dwarves don't count. They're just short bearded humans...). If you want the fun stuff you have to go split faction... like, centuars or cat people.
As Cydna has pointed out we've had LOTS of buffs metered out. Sok is very suggestive to any changes if you A.) make good suggestions B.) explain the reasoning behind it C.) Stop being a negative nancy every single post constantly complaining about every design change. I'm actually working on some buffs for next patch so if you have any suggestions noes your chance to make a difference.
