Penciling this guy in. What do you think if the drawback was a bit less harsh? -SPD? Wandering? (not saying I don't like the destroy, just talking out loud)
Well my idea was that the dying could serve a purpose through bile explosion, so you might deliberatly trigger it sometimes - and would be cool flavour as he does a Mr creosote. But other things could work too, immobile would work nicely (too fat to move). Maybe change it to: ...when this champion has over 65 HP he becomes immobile. That way if he takes some hits and loses HP he can move again. Could be interesting.
Annilate is between 14 and 8 over the same AoE and isnt seen as OP. This would be an average of 8ish damageover the same area - it has the HP gain, but also the drawback and the drawback of randmness.
