I really enjoy Phantasmal creeper, nora leech and unholy tomb seem to have powerful possibilities. Out side of granting magic aura and nora leeching he is not doing much though. Any idea's on how to synergize Phantasmal Creeper into a meta build?
He needs an actual attack. I always found it odd that 50% of the creep ability relies on a basic attack killing an enemy champion yet two of its support champs have no basic attacks. Creeps need more synergy.
Creep needs a lot more syn ergy and Phantasmal should never have had Ethereal in the first place. Remove it and give it a basic attack so it can actually work with the rest of the theme. It would go a long way towards making the theme playable.
Interesting feedback, i like what you guys are saying. Maybe it wouldn't too much ask for Phantasmal creeper to become a magic range unit? (mutant/creepers seem to be lacking in that area)
Creepers doesnt really lack range, but Magic damage would be nice. Perhaps make it 1-3 since creeps hve nothing in that ballpark.
To find the appropriate place for him in the creepers theme we must consider design Faction FW Attrition, death benefit Creeps: Push forward deployment zone How can that ability help with the theme of attrition? Having a larger deployment zone means your opponent never knows where the next champs is coming from. This makes abilities such as auras and initiative very powerful. For Phantasmal creeper adding Death Pack would better allow him to fill his role. You don't won't your Nora gen on the front lines and if there is danger he can portal away. I would argue adding reinforce but that might be a bit to powerful in combination with death pack.
Planning for revamp of course, as that's all that matters now anyways, Phantasmal Creeper could be their form of perseverance counter + magic damage source. Something like Abilities Attack: Magical Ethereal Magic Aura 3 Portal (Initiative 1, Nora Leech) Magic Acolyte (Vulnerability: Magical) Maximum nora efficienty in the Vuln + Nora Leech build, or mobile annoyance with some healing on base build or with initiative.
I do not think Death Pact is a good idea. With his mobility it would likely be far to easy to pull off.
