Shrine Scry, too easy

    Shrine Scry is too easy as it currently exists.

    7 damage per scry is not enough risk for the benefit of a random rune reveal.

    Faster rune reveal methods leads to gimmicky builds were player needs x,y,z to accomplish amazing circumstantial combos, except faster rune reveals+mulligan helps to remove the circumstantial part. Higher rune reveal leads to balancing/nerfing neat combos because players gain a higher probability of getting amazing circumstantial combos by scrying their shrine down to the 50's (93 to 58, 5 scrys).

    Shrine Scry should cause 10 to 15 damage to the shrine or you should have sacrifice a champion of 65 nora or greater to scry. Not the both option, but one or the other. The mulligan is pretty powerful, would prefer Shrine Scry just be removed from the game then see shrine scry stay at 7 damage.

    If you need your gimmicks more than you need patience or placement you should be punished more severely.

    I do think champion abilities that cause rune reveals are neat, but not opposed to them being limited or activated rather than infinite and passive.
