After dropping 300 bucks in two days on csgo skins, I was wondering. Do you guys buy stuff faster online (since it's easy and whatnot) than in real life? I can't really compare since I still live at home and don't have that much expenses but got money to burn. Enlighten me, Pox community! Just curious.
I remember when I was in high school, I would buy a box of Magic The Gathering booster packs every time a new expansion released. At the time I was working at Dairy Queen, and I had no expenses. I didn't yet have a car or a girlfriend, and I rode my bike to work. Now I hardly ever spend money on games, unless I get gift cards or cash as a present. Otherwise there's always something higher priority to spend money on. That said, psychologists have found that people will overspend with credit/debit compared to cash. https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/retail-therapy/201306/why-we-overspend-credit
Yup. Same. I feel ya. My Debit Card feels ya. 3 Figures, to no figures.... My biggest issue is F2P games. Though I haven't spent a dime on pox in years.
I spend money on Pox, because I have a problem, but otherwise, 90+% of the rest of my money goes to real-world things. Like, you know, totally not drugs or anything.
