so me and my cousin both cant log into our respective accounts. we both play on the same comouter and both get the same error message "authentivation could not be completed" despite the fact we both completed the process...what gives? weve tried both our old sony online names and our in game names and both dont work. any herlp?
Are you sure you are using the correct in game name? It would have been emailed to your account when you transitioned.
absolutely for both of us. idk if its the fact we both are on the same computer or we need to get a confirmation email resent but both of us have the same problems lol
Hrm, I am assuming this is in regards to trying to log into the website? The computer would only come to play for the client I believe. Did you receive your confirmation email when you transitioned over?
