the less than strategic elf? to be honest if it wanted to suit its namesake it shouldn't have teleport which makes it easy league.

I think the problem is Teleport more than Relocate: Foe. There are cheaper champs with Relocate: Foe that are barely run at all.

 

That's why everyone should run planar dissonance.

Twelve would be even more OP than Eleven... Better make it Ten.

 

Remove teleport and surge enemy from base. Give him an actual support role as his name suggests. Sentry, Cooperation, Bestow, Scry, Warmonger and Hunter: KF would be totally plausible and non trollish suggestions.

EDIT: First sentence is for real. Also remove battlemaster and replace it with swap, and surge with Drudgery, Bounce, or Stall. Replace teleport with Ripples.

 

I think that the OP is calling for the inclusion of Teleport 11 on Elven Strategist and then renaming him. Sounds balanced.

 

That sounds great. Conveniently the way teleport scales mean by the time it's rank 11 it will cost 0 ap and have a 0 CD cooldown.
